Campground Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Veterans Sanctuary Foundation Campground (“we,” “our,” “us”). By reserving a campsite, staying at our facility, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are designed to promote safety, respect, and a positive environment for all guests.

1. Eligibility and Purpose

Our campground is intended to serve veterans, their families, and supporters. Use of the campground is for recreational, wellness, and healing purposes. By booking or staying, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by a responsible adult)
• You agree to abide by all rules and policies stated herein

2. Reservations and Check-In

• Reservations may be required in advance depending on availability
• Check-in is from 12:00PM – 2:00PM; check-out is by 11:00 Am
• A valid photo ID is required at check-in
• Guests must complete a liability waiver upon arrival

3. Campground Rules

To ensure a peaceful and safe environment, all guests must observe the following:

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Alcohol & Substances: Alcohol use must be responsible; illegal drugs are strictly      prohibited. If at anytime a guest is intoxicated, they will be asked to      leave the premises.
• Fires: Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings and must be attended at all times
• Pets: Well-behaved pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times; owners must clean up after them
• Trash: Guests must dispose of all trash properly in provided receptacles
• Respect: Harassment, aggression, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund
• Vehicles: Only registered vehicles may enter the campground area; speed limit is 5 MPH

4. Health & Safety

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the supervision of children and pets
• Emergency contact information is posted at the check-in area
• First aid supplies are available upon request, but guests are encouraged to bring      their own

5. Property Care and Damages

• Do not cut trees, damage wildlife, or alter the land
• Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to campground facilities or property
• Please report any maintenance issues immediately to staff

6. Liability Waiver

By entering the campground, guests agree to hold Veterans Sanctuary Foundation and its affiliates harmless from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from their stay, including acts of nature or accidents. Participation in any activities is at your own risk.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival may be eligible for a full refund
• No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures, or removal due to policy violations
• Special events or donation-based stays may have separate cancellation policies

8. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos on-site for promotional or documentary purposes. By entering the campground, you grant permission to be photographed unless you opt out in writing at check-in.

9. Modifications and Termination

Veterans Sanctuary Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We may terminate access to the campground at our sole discretion for any violations of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.
